12 days of Treely Challenge: it’s a wrap!
5 May 2026
Huge shoutout to all our colleagues for stepping up, and a big thank you to Treely for this great challenge, strenghtening our teams across boarders and business units.
What started as a motivation to simply move a bit more, quickly turned (very much Elicio-style) into a fierce competition.
For some, this was a real wake-up call on how little we move during a desk job. For others, a fun push to walk (run?) just a bit more (or much more...up to sore muscles and blisters). For most of us, it became a rediscovery of morning glory, glowing sunsets, birdsong, and being back in nature. And for almost all of us, it turned into a race against our peers to climb higher in the chart.
What we can take away from this experience:
- Every step counts: a great reminder that our everyday actions can have a real impact
- A real moment of togetherness: walking together also means building connections, talking differently, and sharing a common goal. Be better, through the motivation of others.
- Balance, restored: getting outside, moving, switching off, all small steps towards better wellbeing at work.
However, we must admit that we were far from being totally “switched off”, as everyone kept checking whether they were moving up the rankings. A competitive spirit? On point !
Thanks to our participation, > 5000 days of training will be funded for female farmers, helping them strengthen their agricultural skills, income, and autonomy. (more info: Care International)
