Update windfarm Balen

Alongside the Kwaadmechelen-Dessel canal in Balen, sits the Pidpa water production site where, in the Spring of 2022, two Elicio wind turbines will start generating clean, renewable energy. Preparation for the construction of the two Enercon turbines is on schedule and progressing well. The next phase includes the delivery of component parts so that construction of the towers can take place over the winter months.

With their combined capacity of 4.7 megawatts, these turbines will generate green energy for more than 3,000 families.
