Four initiators, one environmental study

To provide 64,000 families with clean, green, affordable electricity – that is the vision and ambition for the Ventori Wind Farm.  

Elicio, Eneco, Limburg win(d)t and Luminus have joined forces to assess the potential for fifteen wind turbines to be sited along the E313 motorway in Tongeren and Riemst.  

This area is really important for wind energy in Flanders and previously the four developers all kicked off different projects totalling 28 turbines.  At the request of the Flemish Government, the town of Tongeren, the municipality of Riemst and the province of Limburg, these separate projects have now been combined into one, with everyone working together!
